Eric Freysselinard, Director of the IHEMI, gave a lecture to the PhD students of the Defence and Homeland Security program. The theme was Role and missions of the 'Préfet' in the coordination of homeland security forces". The PhD students were able to ask many questions at the end of a fascinating presentation allowing them to understand the scope and complexity of the 'Préfet' missions.
