The PhD students of the Defense and Homeland Security program were honored to be welcomed on May 23, 2023 at the "Etat Major" of the South Defense and Security Zone. The speakers of the day presented in detail the functioning of the Etat Major. The presentations, which were particularly interesting, allowed the PhD students to understand the stakes, the role, the organization, the human and material means of the Etat Major. These are all elements that most of our fellow citizens are unaware of and that our doctoral students will be able to explain to their peers and throughout their careers.
